Ubii Guarantee

The Ubii Guarantee is that the Service you order and pay for will be performed as described in the written description of the Service when you ordered it. You may be eligible for the Ubii Guarantee Remedies if you have ordered and paid for a Service through the app but you believe the Service was not performed in accordance with the Ubii Guarantee. To be eligible you must report your claim within twenty-four (24) hours of the Service visit to our Customer Support Department at support@ubii.com and must fully respond to all follow up questions and inquires requested of you from the Customer Support Department. The “Ubii Guarantee Remedies” are as follows: if we determine that a Service does not meet the Ubii Guarantee we will, in our sole discretion, either refund the payment you actually made for such Service, or have the applicable Service re-performed. If the Service is re-performed but we determine the re-performance still does not meet the Ubii Guarantee, we will refund the payment actually made for such Service through the Ubii Platform. The amount of the Ubii Guarantee is limited to any payment you actually made for the Service through the Ubii Platform and excludes any payments made directly by a Customer to a Service Provider. The Ubii Guarantee does not apply to any other cost, liability, damage, injury, or claim arising from or in connection with the Services. To be clear, the Ubii Guarantee does not apply to any payments made for Services not scheduled and paid for through the Ubii Platform.

UBII’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE LIABILITY, AND CUSTOMER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY, FOR ANY DAMAGES OR CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES IS SPECIFICALLY COVERED AND INCORPORATED HEREIN.

Ubii reserves the right in its sole discretion to eliminate the Ubii Guarantee altogether or to modify its terms at any time, effective with or without notice and without any liability to Ubii, although Ubii will endeavor to post notification of any material changes.

Definitions:

“Service shall refer to any service provided by Service Providers to their Customers that are scheduled through the Ubii Platform

“Service Providers shall refer to independent, self-employed individuals and/or businesses

“Customers are both, individuals or businesses that are looking for help or assistance in completing their chores, jobs or tasks around their homes or business.
